Our Meditation Kit includes:

A sample package of our Hydrotherapy Bath Salt for when you have a longer window for self-care, you may want to try it before or as part of your meditation practice to set the tone. We recommend using Mint Miracles Hydrotherapy as a foot soak, and Lavender Luxury Hydrotherapy as a full body bath.

Mint Miracles Oil or Balm, Lavender Luxury Oil or Balm. Use either or both to deepen your breath before you begin your meditation. This may enhance your connection to the moment. Apply to the decolletage, back of the neck, hairline, behind the ears, on the wrists, or any areas you want.

A crystal is charged with positive energy before packaging. Your crystal is best by your side when meditating and by your bed when not.

Sage can help cleanse the energy of the space, light the sage and let it burn for a moment, and wave the smoke around allowing negative thoughts to leave your space.

Palo Santo can also be used to help clean the energy of the space. Light and allow to burn for one min, then wave the smoke around setting positive intentions for your practice.

Abalone Shell is used to rest your Sage and Palo Santo down on after they have gone out.

Crystal Bracelet to be worn whenever you feel like it. Its stones also have their powers.

Instructions:

We suggest finding a quiet space to sit down comfortably with the crystal in front of you.  Apply Mint Miracles around the front of your neck and hairline, avoiding the eyes, and apply Lavender Luxury to the upper traps, and wrists. 

Take a long slow inhale as you rub your wrists together to create a bit of warmth to deepen the absorption.

Light your sage and release any negative energy that you may have collected. Allow the smoke to cleanse the air around you as you slowly inhale and exhale.

Light the Palo Santo and allow yourself to take in whatever positive energy you may need. Put both Sage and Palo Santo on a non-flammable surface, and relight as desired.

Focus on making your breaths long and slow. By focusing on the breath you can keep your mind from wandering, and be present with your meditation.

Continue for as long as you feel you need to.
